Terms of use for the Dazr websites

Terms of our products

Who you agree with

These terms are an agreement between you and Dazr, Viale Cesare Poggi 1, 15061 Arquata Scrivia (AL), Italy, VAT IT 02801250065 (“Dazr”, “we”). By using our websites you accept them. If you use our websites for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm that you may do so.

The websites and free tools

Our websites describe our products and offer free tools, such as the website privacy check and the GDPR deletion letter generator. Our guides and tools give general information, not legal advice.

When using the website privacy check, do not use automated software to run checks at scale, do not use it to list domains or to check infrastructure you do not operate on a large scale, and do not try to disrupt or overload it. If we see abuse, we may limit or block requests from the source. We need no account for these tools, so we keep no list of blocked users beyond short-lived rate-limit counters.

Fair use

Do not use our services to break the law, to send spam or malware, to infringe other people’s rights or to mislead people. Do not try to get around our limits or security checks, to overload our systems, or to test them for weaknesses without our permission. If you find a security problem, tell us at security@dazr.eu.

No warranty

We do our best to keep our services available and working well, but we provide them “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires, including EU consumer law. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Dazr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Dazr websites privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are heard by the courts of Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live give you the right to go to court there.
